7 Healthy Drinks You Should Try During Home Quarantine

I bet you keep opening your fridge or check your storage room looking for food  every hour or even minute to beat boredom during this historical home quarantine. Well, as we all have a lot of time anyways, why not make some healthy and delicious drinks to boost your immune system? Your body will not only thank you for this, but your mind as well.

All you need is a blender and some fresh fruits.

Here are the 7 healthy and refreshing drinks perfect for summer days!

1. Strawberry Lemonade :

What you need : Strawberry, lemon, a bit of ginger, a tsp honey and a cup of coconut water ( you can replace it with mineral water if you don't have coconut water).
Did you know that strawberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C?

2. Celery and cucumber juice :

What you need: Stalk of celery, peeled cucumber without seeds, a bit of ginger, honey, coconut water.
You probably see this celery juice everywhere in instagram or youtube. Due to this trend, celery is now more expensive than before. But is it really just a hype?
Well, celery juice is loaded with vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for your body. People say this is a cure-all for ailments, so why not give it a try?

3. Honeydew smoothie :

What you need: honeydew melon, almond milk, and a tsp honey.
Honeydew is not only delicious but also rich in vitamin C and fiber. Honeydew is one of my favorite fruits in summer and perfect for hydration as it contains a lot of water and electrolytes.

4. Papaya Juice :

What you need : Papaya, lemon, a bit of honey, coconut water or mineral water
Papaya is such a wonder fruit as it contains lots of enzyme. It is not only good for digestion but as well as for whitening skin as you can see it everywhere in the malls.

6. Mango Honeydew Juice  :

What you need: 2 mangoes, one honeydew, 1 tsp. honey (optional), cup of coconut water or water.
You can try also just mangoes, but in my case I have some honeydew left that I didn't want it to go to waste. Mangoes promotes healthy gut, healthy eyes and even diabetics can enjoy this amazing fruit too.
